Webinars

There’s no doubt that webinars are an effective lead-generation tool. Deliver the information your prospects need in a compelling and entertaining way and they’ll listen long enough to hear your sales pitch—and come back for more. To ensure your webinar works, follow these guidelines:

  • Focus on your audience, not your company or products. They listen for real answers to their real challenges. Provide this or they’ll be gone.
  • Entertain and tell a story. Don’t read your slides.
  • Pique your registrants’ curiosity before the webinar with handouts.
  • Support your ideas with statistics and quotes from credible third parties.
  • Save your sales pitch for the end. If you have told your story, and if it’s relevant to your products and services, your audience will keep listening. Just keep it short.
  • Finish with a call to action. You need to make it clear what you want your listeners to do when the webinar is over.
  • Post a recording of your webinar on your website. Make it easy for people to pass it along to their colleagues.

Allow me to support your webinar development process by writing your slides, handouts and speaker notes. I am also available to conduct research to provide that all-important data to support your ideas.
